Sections
The school follows the national education framework, which divides students into four distinct cycles: Primary (Grades 1–5), Junior Secondary (Grades 6–9), Senior Secondary (Grades 10–11), and Collegiate (Grades 12–13). This ensures that the curriculum and teaching methods are specifically tailored to the developmental stage of the student, moving from foundational literacy to specialized vocational or academic streams in the Collegiate years.
Primary Section
Brief overreview of the primary section. The primary section of the college plays a vital role in nurtaring the foundational education and skills of the students. Key details are as follows.
Addministration:The primary section is under the able guidance of the Deputy Principal,Mrs. T.H.D.P. Ruwangani.
Student Population: There are currently 1188 students enrolled in the primary section.
Classroom Facilities: The section consists of 36 classrooms equipped for teaching learning acivities.
Special Amenities: Two playgrounds are available for students' physical development are recreationl activities.
A dedicated library is estabilished specifically for Primary Section to encourage reading and knowledge enhancement.
